Reviews
No verified Slim Metrix reviews are posted here yet.
A review appears only after the order desk matches it to a real order and the buyer agrees, and negative ones are posted too. Until then, the label and the 60-day refund window are the best guide.

Our process
Every review is matched to a real order by the order desk, and the buyer agrees before it goes up. Scroll through the four steps.
Any buyer can send one, good or bad, with the order ID. We never pay for reviews or offer free bottles in return.
The desk confirms the order ID, the pack and the order date. No match, no review.
We ask before we print a name, city or age. Nothing goes up without a yes.
Negative reviews go up too, next to the positive ones.
No cash, coupons or free bottles for a review. The FTC's 2024 rule bans buying reviews and hiding bad ones (FTC: final rule banning fake reviews).
A one-star review that is matched to an order goes up next to the five-star ones.
The score fills in only from verified reviews. A blank score is more honest than a borrowed one.
What we leave out
Because no one can check it. The sales page shows a star score, a count of top ratings and a count of capsules shipped, with no source for any of them (Sales page, quickslimstep.com/frt).
The product brief we were given had its own score, review counts, a star split and eight named reviewers with photos. Those do not match the sales page, and none of them is tied to an order we can see. The FTC says telling real reviews from fake ones can be nearly impossible (FTC: how to evaluate online reviews), so we leave every one out.
| What we saw | Where | Why we leave it out |
|---|---|---|
| An average star score | Sales page | No platform, date range or review list behind it |
| A count of five-star ratings | Sales page | The reviews themselves are not shown |
| Capsules shipped | Sales page | A sales figure, not a measure of results |
| Three first-name testimonials | Sales page | Not matched to orders; one names an ingredient that is not on the label |
| A score, counts, star split and eight named reviewers | Product brief | Different from the sales page and not tied to orders |
Testimonials
Treat them as advertising. Stories from happy users cannot show that a health product works, and FDA lists personal testimonials as a warning sign of health fraud (FDA: 6 tip-offs to health-fraud scams).
The FTC says health claims need solid science, usually randomized human trials, and that testimonials are never enough (FTC: Health Products Compliance Guidance). One sales-page testimonial even describes the formula as chromium, berberine and cinnamon. The label lists no cinnamon at all (Slim Metrix label graphic). That is a good reason to read the actual label rather than the quotes around it.
Protect yourself
Look for reviews that make impossible promises or arrive in a sudden burst. The FTC suggests checking several sources and the reviewer's history (FTC: how to evaluate online reviews).
Bought it?
Give the facts another buyer would need. Numbers help more than adjectives.
| About you | Your age range |
|---|---|
| How long | Weeks of use, and whether you missed days |
| Your numbers, if you want to share | Starting weight and weekly weigh-ins |
| What else changed | Eating and activity changes |
| Medicines | Anything you take, so readers on the same drugs can learn from you |
| Side effects | Any problem, when it started and what you did |
Send it with your order ID through the contact page. For refunds, call +1 (855) 482-1597 instead.
Until then
Go by the label, the evidence and the refund window. The label names all ten ingredients, the research on them shows small effects, and the 60-day window lets you test it with a scale. Read the guarantee terms before you order.
FAQ
There is no verified star rating yet. The score on this page stays blank until reviews matched to real orders come in. The sales page shows a score, but it gives no source, date range or list of reviews behind it, so we do not repeat it here.
Reviews cannot settle that yet, because none here are verified. What can be checked: the label lists all ten ingredients, checkout runs through BuyGoods, and the sales page offers a 60-day money-back window. No trial has tested the product itself.
No. We never pay for reviews or give free bottles, coupons or discounts in return for one. The FTC's 2024 rule bans buying reviews and hiding negative ones (FTC: final rule banning fake reviews). A review appears here only after the order desk matches it to an order.
Yes. A negative review that the order desk matches to a real order is published the same way as a positive one. We do not soften complaints or bury them below the good ones. Readers learn as much from a side effect or a flat scale as from a success story.
We do not know. One sales-page testimonial calls the formula chromium, berberine and cinnamon, but cinnamon is not on the label (Slim Metrix label graphic), and one brand image file named for cinnamon actually shows matcha. It is one reason we do not treat the sales page's testimonials as evidence of anything.
No. Photos cannot show what caused a change, or how long it took, and NIDDK warns about too-good-to-be-true before-and-after photos (NIDDK: choosing a safe weight-loss program). A useful, honest review gives weeks of use, weekly weigh-ins and the eating and activity changes made alongside the capsule.
